I had such a wonderful experience working with Rhonda! I came in looking for a replacement chain for my favorite necklace, and she was incredibly helpful — patient, knowledgeable, and never once pushed me toward a pricier option. She listened to exactly what I needed and helped me find the perfect match.
What really made the experience special was that she also set up my three dogs AND my toddler with adorable little faux bling chains. They are now officially the most stylish crew around! Rhonda clearly loves what she does and genuinely cares about her customers. I’ll absolutely be back and will be asking for her by name! Highly recommend!

My single diamond wedding ring in a round half bezel setting had started to snag clothing. I purchased it from a different jeweler located in Old Town. I called and emailed repeatedly to get an appointment with them to fix it and they never responded. I came across Gems of La Costa and saw that a close friend had left a nice review. I was nervous about having someone fix it, but Rhonda was very reassuring. She showed me that the setting was so loose, she could turn the diamond around in it. Thank goodness I got it in. They did an excellent job repairing it. It looked brand new. Thanks Rhonda and Gems. Great job. Highly recommend them.
