- This pair of Door Prop Bars will allow you to leave your doors propped open at a car show for interior viewing AND electronically lock them with your key fob…… setting the alarm system. If the door is unlocked by pulling up the lock knob, the alarm will sound. The bars are cut from a sheet of 1/4″ 6061-T6 aluminum, precisely bent, polished and then milled with the exact SSR logo. You can leave the milled lettering plain or you can fill the “SS” and “R” with the paint color of your choice. The colored lettering in the photos was done with a Sharpie Marker. The hardware that actually clips into the door latch is all stainless steel.
